Honestly, late at night thinking is the best. You are free from distractions, under no pressure to act and can just do whatever you wish; heck, staring at a wall for 3 hours straight has no consequences even. While I am writing this, I am listening to some nice relaxing music (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ENIN6UgD9pI) and just jotting down thoughts upon a piece of paper; who knows, perhaps it may become a story?

My coffee went cold hours ago, and the occasional car can be heard in the distance. The ambience of the room is that of silence, with only my pen upon paper disrupting the calm.
These past few days I have been thinking more often than not about my future. I feel that most people my age are beginning to realise the power we have with choosing our future but also the insignificance of our position upon this earth. I guess, we fear to be forgotten which is why we engage in actions that otherwise we would choose not to do if we were not so worried. We must try to move forward and focus on everything that matters.
Our future can be whatever we want it to be. That’s the beauty of life; it is in our own hands where we go.
If you have not tried to do late night thinking, perhaps try it. I promise you, once you try it; you will not regret it for there is no going back.
You’re very significant. You’re affecting my life by what you just shared. Ripples cause awesome consequences!
You’re a great big ripple!
